AKRON- Summit County Clerk of Courts Tavia Galonski today announced the release of the updated Summit County Clerk of Courts website. The upgrade will replace the current site on February 23rd, 2026. The website URL remains clerkweb.summitoh.net. All existing links will redirect seamlessly to the updated pages for a smooth transition.
“Security and efficiency were a top priority during the design process. The new Clerk of Courts website has been restructured to make it easier to access all the resources that the office provides.” said Clerk of Courts Tavia Galonski, “The upgraded website will ensure that everyone has secure and accessible experience when engaging with the office online.”
The current Clerk of Courts website has not received major improvements since its 2001 launch. The new website is more secure, accessible, and user-friendly. The website has been upgraded to be mobile device friendly. The redesign includes alerts that will allow our office to communicate important information quickly and more efficiently, removing the reliance on social media for announcements about unexpected closures or technology failures.
The new website features:
- a contact form that can be filled out and have their concern directly reach the appropriate contact person
- an active search function
- updated forms & fees for the Legal & Title Division
- a newsletter sign up page
- translation into other languages
- a site map
- intuitive organization for easy access to the most commonly sought-after information
