The Summit County Common Pleas Court does not accept any faxed filings at this time.

Orders, Motions and Pleadings |
The original and 2 copies are required for filing.
|
|
Subpoenas |
The original, 1 copy for the Clerk of Courts, 1 copy for attorney, and 1 copy for every name listed on subpoena (up to 5 names) are required.

Application For Attorney Fees |
Three (3) originals signed by the judge are required, along with 2 extra copies, one of which will be returned for your file.

|
Expungement or Sealing of Records |
The cost to file for Expungement or Sealing of Records is $50.00. The original and 4 copies are required for filing. An investigation will be performed by the Probation Department.

Appearance Bonds |
Checks are not accepted for payment of Bonds. Credit Cards are accepted.
An additional State of Ohio mandated fee of $85.00 is charged on all bonds. The fee is credited towards court costs when disposition has been filed.
